Victorian High-Ability Program

High achieving students at PVN can be nominated to participate in The Victorian High-Ability Program (VHAP).  This is a 10-week online extension program in English and Mathematics for high-ability students in Years 5 and 6 at Victorian government schools.  The program focusses on critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity rather than fast-tracking standard curriculum content.  Students log in to Virtual Schools Victoria with an online educator where students connect with like-minded peers in their local area.
